Per-transaction fee
This is the fee you will charge sellers for using your website or application. The fee can be fixed (for example, 0.20 GBP), variable (for example, 4.0%), or a combination (for example, 4.0% + 0.20 GBP). You can charge a different fee for every payment as long as the charge is less than the fee that the seller has agreed to pay.
If your Marketplace Fee is more than the fee accepted by the seller, your seller must accept the updated fee policy before the transaction will succeed.
