Leaving Feedback About Your Shopping Experience

About Feedback

When you place a successful order using an Amazon Checkout button, you can rate your seller on their performance and also leave a comment. We encourage all customers to leave feedback--if it's positive, it means a lot to the seller. If it's negative, it means a lot to your fellow shoppers.

The seller rating system is 1 to 5 stars, with 5 stars being the best. A seller's average rating will appear alongside their name on our site. You have 90 days after your order date to leave your rating and remarks.

If you want to leave a critical rating, please be sure that you've given the seller the chance to resolve the issue first. Contact information for your seller appears in the order summary in Your Account.

If the item you purchased was misrepresented (that is, you didn't get what you thought you'd ordered), or if you did not receive your order, please review the terms of our A-to-z Guarantee to see if you are covered.

How to Leave Feedback

  1. Go to https://pay.amazon.com/uk/overview.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. After logging in, go to the order you want to leave feedback for.
  4. Click the Leave seller feedback button.
  5. Enter your feedback and click Submit.

You will also receive a feedback reminder notification from us 30 days after your order.

Removing Feedback You've Left

If you've left feedback for a seller and want to remove it, you can do this through Your Account on Amazon Payments. Please note that feedback cannot be edited, only removed; once you have removed feedback for a seller, you will not be able to post new feedback for that seller.

You can remove feedback only if it is 60 days or less since you left the feedback.

  1. Go to https://pay.amazon.com/uk/overview.
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. After logging in, go to the order with the feedback you want to remove.
  4. To remove feedback, click the "Remove" button in the feedback section of the order summary.
