Failed Bank Account Verification

Bank account verification can fail for several reasons:

  • The incorrect deposit amounts were entered during the verification process.
  • Your credit union or bank denies deposits from external sources.

If you see the verification process has a 'failed' status, try deleting the bank account. Then, enter the information again and proceed with the verification process once more. If the process fails again, please contact your financial institution. They can determine if your bank account is denying deposits from external sources.
